Refund Policy
At Giggle Novelties we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not satisfied for any reason, you can return your item within 30 days of purchase for a refund, subject to the following conditions:
- Eligibility:
- To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- Return Process:
- To initiate a return, please contact us at sean47@optonline.net to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Once you have an RMA number, please securely package your item and include the RMA number on the packaging.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
- Restocking Fee:
- A 15% restocking fee of the purchase price will be deducted from your refund for change of mind returns.
- Refund Processing:
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 24 hours
